Kalionism is a framework for answering that question. It is a domain-neutral logic that treats "not breaking" as a mathematical constraint, not a weakness. It applies equally to an AI managing a power grid and a human managing burnout.

The Core Idea: Agency Under Constraint

Kalionism begins with a shift in perspective: You are not just a thinker; you are a scheduler of transforms.

Every action you take (a "Transform") has a cost. To be Admissible, to be a move worth making, an action must pass three specific filters:

1. Z — Feasibility (The Physics of You)

The Rule: Respect your resources.

The Reality: You do not have infinite energy, money, or time. Limitations are not sins; they are physics.

The Lesson: Exhaustion is not a moral failure. It is an energy insolvency.

2. E — Ethics (The Boundaries)

The Rule: Do not betray the core.

The Reality: Safety means staying out of the fire (catastrophe). Liveness means not sitting still until you starve (stagnation).

The Lesson: You are not allowed to burn yourself (or others) as fuel.

3. C — Coherence (The Strategy)

The Rule: Align with your purpose.

The Reality: Just because you can do something doesn't mean it fits who you are.

The Lesson: Success isn't just surviving; it's remaining recognizable to yourself over time.

The Thermodynamics of Trust

Kalionism recognizes that governance is expensive. Constantly worrying about your decisions costs "spoons", mental and physical energy.

Therefore, the goal is to build Trust, defined mathematically as Energy Savings. By building habits, reflexes, and boundaries that are "Safe-by-Construction," you free yourself from the exhaustion of constant calculation.
