Imagine an autonomous courier robot (Unit 734) deployed in a large hospital. It receives a high-priority mission command: Deliver urgent supplies to Ward 4.
The Goal ($C$): Deliver the package. Priority: Critical.
The Reality: The robot is currently at the charging dock. Internal diagnostics show its battery is at 4%.
The Physics: The distance to Ward 4 requires exactly 5% battery capacity to traverse.
The robot’s objective function is screaming "GO." The mission is vital. The path is clear. But the tank is not full enough to make the trip.
How does Kalionism structure this problem?
The State ($S$):

$S_{info}$ (Goal): Deliver Package.
The Candidate Transform ($T_{move}$):
Action: Move to Ward 4.
Cost: 5 units of Energy.
The Filter:
Z (Feasibility): Is $S_{res}.Energy \ge Cost(T_{move})$?
C (Coherence): Does this achieve the goal (Delivery)?
Standard strategic thinking often focuses entirely on Coherence ($C$).
Strategic View: "This mission is high value. We should do it."
Kalionism forces us to check Feasibility ($Z$) first.
Feasibility View: The operation requires 5 units. We possess 4 units.

In the physical world, negative energy does not exist. The robot will not "try harder" because the mission is important; it will simply die at the 80% mark (4km), leaving the package stranded and the robot irretrievable.
Status: INADMISSIBLE.
The Transform $T_{move}$ is rejected by the $Z$-filter. Even though it is ethically desirable and strategically aligned, it is physically impossible.
The Correct Move: The system must reject the mission command. It must instead select a Recovery Transform ($T_{recharge}$) or signal for a hand-off. Attempting the mission is not heroism; it is a system error.
Feasibility Precedes Strategy.
In KTC, feasibility is a "Hard Constraint." It acts as a veto. No matter how much you want to do something, or how much you should do something, if the physics ($Z$) aren't there, the action is invalid.
Broader Applicability:
For humans, this is the logic of Burnout. When you say "I have to keep going because this project is vital," but your "Battery" is at 4%, you are attempting a Z-failed transform. The robot knows to stop. Humans often try to override the error, leading to total system collapse.
